Following her undergraduate career, Jasmine worked as a DOJ Accredited Representative at East Bay Sanctuary Covenant. As Family Reunification Program Coordinator, she served as the central administrator of numerous legal service programs. Her passion lies in building internal organizational systems that bridge direct service responsibilities with administrative case management procedures
Born in the Bay Area, Jasmine is happy to be working alongside the communities that helped raise her. She is the daughter of first-generation Mexican immigrants. Jasmine attended Brown University, where she was mentored by community organizers working in local grassroots efforts. In 2020, she earned her bachelor’s degree in Ethnic Studies and Education Studies before returning to work with immigrant communities in the Bay Area.
